Get 3GB on Airtel With Just #1500 to Use on PC and Smartphones

This is good news for those of us who enjoy using the Airtel BlackBerry subscription plan on either our mobile gadgets or computers. If you recalled, Airtel recently stopped the 1+1 BlackBerry plan which gives users 4GB data at 1500 Naira to last for 2 months instead of the supposed 2GB data that lasts for only a month. Most of us found this very frustrating as that gave us more data size than any of the available BlackBerry or internet bundles being offered by Nigerian network providers. Fortunately, to keep its esteemed users/subscribers happy, Airtel decided to lift the data cap of the 1500 BlackBerry Unlimited subscription to 3GB which is just a Gigabyte short of the 1+1 plan data size.

I guess those of you who don’t already know how important this package is, will be thinking “Of what difference is that when we can still get the same 3GB offer on other networks like Etisalat and Globacom for just #1000 instead of wasting an extra #500?” The fun of subscribing to the Airtel #1500 BlackBerry Unlimited plan is that you get to use it on any mobile gadget or PC of your choice without any extra configuration or tweak.

To get started with this, just get an Airtel SIM from any of their retail outlets or office and recharge #1500, and then dial *440*16# to subscribe. You will automatically be given 3GB worth of data which you can confirm by dialing *123*9#. Remember that the use of the Airtel BlackBerry Unlimited data on a non-BlackBerry device won’t give you the same user experience as it would have been if you were to be using it on a BlackBerry device.

 Enjoy!

    1. Austine you need to remember that this package is not intended for non-Blackberry device as I have stated above. You should be thankful to Airtel because it's better than nothing.
