If you are seeing this, then it means that you have turned on Windows narrator but does not know its keyboard commands. If it happens that you just stumbled upon this and really don’t know what it is all about, then you need to check out my post on How to turn Narrator on Windows 10 Operating System. The Windows narrator was basically created to aid people who are somehow visually impaired navigate through a Windows operating system with ease.
